public road traffic sounds
the staff was very kind. they even had a free shuttle to drop you off at the beach and get picked up.
i was annoyed by the noise. my room faced a busy public road. it was difficult to relax, especially with the constant traffic sounds bothering me (i just needed some peace and quiet).

Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience
nice design friendly service breakfast choice helpful shuttle
I found the hotel design quite nice, especially the pool area. The staff provided great, friendly service. Breakfast offered many choices. I also enjoyed the free shuttle provided multiple times a day (it was helpful!).
I noticed the traffic noise was a bit bothersome at night, with cars and motorcycles passing by. (It did get quieter after 1 AM.)

The hotel sits on a hill, offering a quiet and super calm place. It provides views of the beach area. It also provides a free shuttle van to the main area.

Staff members are attentive, always ready to help guests. Housekeeping decorates the beds upon arrival. They also provide turn-down service each evening, ensuring comfort.

The hotel has multiple pools (I think they are beautiful). The pools are well kept and clean. A supermarket is located within a short walk for convenient access to snacks.

The room was spacious and included a flat-screen television. The room had a big bathtub and a comfortable bed. Basic amenities such as shampoo and a hairdryer were provided.

The breakfast buffet had fresh options. It included both Thai and Western dishes. Coffee was available and the setting for breakfast was pleasant.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room Pool Access had a wonderful layout. Daily room cleaning was available. I especially liked the traditional Thai architecture!!!
The hotel's location near the main road caused traffic noise at times.

cleanliness level helpful staff road noise inconvenient location
the staff were always willing to assist and regularly inquired if they could help. the cleanliness was noteworthy as i observed that all floors were consistently clean and well-kept
i found the location slightly inconvenient due to its proximity to a busy main road. the noise from passing cars and trucks was audible and sometimes disruptive, particularly during peak hours
